PAUL SIDI

After a successful career in the City, Paul retrained as a Chartered Physiotherapist, qualifying in 2005 and opening SIDI PHYSIO in 2013 and now runs the clinic in Woking. His experiences as an Elite Rugby Union player (Harlequins and England) have been invaluable in his development as a clinician going beyond treating the existing pain and discomfort to forensically work out the underlying cause of the problems, and addressing these factors to help build a stronger, fitter and more flexible and balanced body.

Paul’s aim is to benefit every individual, whatever their age or abilities, sporting or non-sporting, through a best practice dynamic approach to rehabilitation.

Paul is also the Lead Educator for MLS  and MiS Laser Therapy in the UK, and a certified training specialist for Winback Tecartherapy and also Gmove suit in the UK.

Charru Uppal

Charru qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2010. Since qualifying she has worked in both the Private sector and the NHS. Apart from enjoying the clinical care, she regularly attends courses and talks for continued professional development to stay up-to-date with changes in our specific areas of healthcare.
