The resulting treatment and fitness programmes have proven that sports specific rehabilitation really can make a difference.
Contact SIDI PHYSIO for an appointment and the team will decide who best to assess your problem. The intial assessment is often the most important aspect of your rehabilitation. This will involve having a sports/activity specific analysis and clinical/biomechanical examination, collation of data and an explanation of the diagnosis reached. From this you will leave with all the appropriate advice and an understanding of the courses of treatment and rehabilitation programmes available.
Consultant orthopaedic surgeon's are referring their patients to SIDI PHYSIO for conservative treatment or for post operative rehabilitation. Medical insurance companies may cover the physiotherapy charges if the appropriate referral from a GP/consultant has been made.
